Terms and conditions

Art prints are sent with Australia Post and all items are tracked. Your parcel should arrive in approximately10-14 days for Australian orders, and 2-3 weeks for overseas orders. Australian orders requiring framing may take 2-3weeks.

Unframed prints are sent flat-packed or rolled in a custom mailing tube. Large framed prints are carefully packed in a box.

All prices include packing and postage Australia-wide. A postage cost is added for overseas orders, and the amount will vary depending on the destination. This will appear at checkout.

*Once sent, your print it is in the hands of the postal service – please contact the postal service in your country with your registered post number or check the tracking feature on their website to get more info on the location of your package.

The time-frame listed above is an estimate and your purchase may arrive sooner or take longer depending on customs or the postal company in your country.

Please note – customers pay for any custom charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country.
